Refund policy

We allow refunds ONLY on unopened products. If you would like to return your items, you must email us frtllife@gmail.com prior to make sure the return is approved. We will send you a prepaid label for you to send it back. Once we inspect the goods, we will process your refund. Returns not accepted after 2 days.
