Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12PM EST or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time
We ship all orders via USPS Express.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days within the United States.
(Delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, and USPS network updates.)

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
Free shipping promotions may be offered periodically.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with USPS to assist you, but FRTL is not liable for shipping carrier errors.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
